We operate on a strict Payment on the Spot policy. No upfront payment, advance deposit, or credit card pre-authorization is required to secure your booking. Full payment is strictly collected upon your arrival at the venue before starting the activity.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation completely free of charge.
• Advance Notice Requested: To help us manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly request your cooperation in notifying us of any cancellation or changes as early as possible-preferably at least 24 hours in advance, or at the latest, early in the morning on the day of your scheduled activity.
